He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lanthier and Rose Lanthier (LaPorte); his former wife Kathleen Lanthier; his siblings, James Liberty and Irene Tague; and his daughter-in-law Kathleen Lanthier.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Lanthier (Watrous); his children, Randy (Lori), Kerry, Mark, Colvin (Medina), Colin Lanthier (Joann) and Marklyn Vitello (Frank); and his stepchildren, Christopher Moffet (Tracy), Teresa Moffet and Deborah Robinson. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
