She was predeceased by: her parents, Ova Ellis Boggs and Barbara Allen Williams of Eastern Kentucky; her stepfather Roy Mitchell Bentley; and her brother Roy Michael Bentley. She is survived by: her husband Raymond M Johns II; her sons, Raymond Michael Johns III of Arden and Ryan Mitchell Johns (ShellyAnn) of Fletcher; her sisters, Donna Sue Cochran (Rick) of Louisville Kentucky and Brenda Lou Gullett of Edinburg Indiana; her brothers-in-law, Thomas, Tim Johns of Greenville Tennessee and Steven Johns (Julie) of Swannanoa, NC.; and her brother Johnny Ellis Boggs. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Skyland Methodist Church, Around the Son Preschool.
