He was predeceased by: his parents, Jobie Lewis and Ellen Fisher Lewis; and his sister Christine Hensley. He is survived by: his wife Addie Lewis; his son Tony Lewis (Angela); his grandchildren, Maygen Shelow (Patrick) and Hayden Lewis; his great grandchild Marlee Shelow; and his siblings, Glenda Lewis, Rita Oxendine and Charles Lewis.
