She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude C. Clontz and Dorothy L. Clontz; her husband James Clements; her siblings, Bill, David, Robert Clontz, Irene Hill and Helen Sutphin; and her granddaughter Kimberly Hardaway.

She is survived by: her children, James A. Clements (Tisha Clements) of Asheville, Julia Stonecipher (Bill Stonecipher) of Hendersonville and Janice Clements of Arden. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews.
