He is survived by: his wife Heather Johnson; his parents, Mary Beth and Richard Johnson; his sister April Johnson; his parents-in-law, Terri and John Kilpatrick; his brother-in-law Jason Bradley; and his niece Rowan Bradley. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
