He was predeceased by: his father George Webb; his wife Brenda Smith Webb; his daughter Pamela Christine Webb; his granddaughter Caroline Webb; and his sister Carolyn Finley.
He is survived by: his children, John Raymond Webb, Jr. (Cindy), Tammy Webb McDevitt (Doug) and Roger Webb (Michelle); his grandchildren, Josh (Allison), Rebecca, Justin (Jessica), John (Stephanie) and Jeffrey; his great grandchildren, Ava, Cadie, Matix, Ella and Josi; and his sisters, Dorothy Dean Lane (George) and Kay Johnson (Sid).
