Bondy and Helen Bondy (Burghardt); his former wife Harriett Elizabeth Knowles; his children, Lee Bondy, Kathy Bondy, Patty Kemm, Debra Maddox, Butch Bondy (Vicki Fortman) and Johnette Burress (Greg); his stepson Dominic Cody-Kramers (Dayna); his close friend Dave Lux; and his grandson John "Jackie" Maddox. He was also cherished by 18 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
