She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Stewart and Pearl Moore Stewart; her husband Edwin Thomas Williams; and her brothers, Harley Moore Stewart and Wayne H Stewart.

She is survived by: her children, Jane Williams of Asheville, NC and Thomas Williams (Linda) of Alexander, NC..
