He was predeceased by: his mother Nannie Mae Dickens Spears. He is survived by: his father James Henry Spears, Jr.; his daughters, Meghan Stark (Adam) and Jessica Moore (Dallas); and his grandchildren, Cannon Stark, Noah Stark, Madilyn Moore, Karli Moore and Kalyn Moore.
