She was predeceased by: her parents, Lamar Rose and Wilma Johnson Rose; and her sister Elizabeth "Libby" Woody. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Boone; her children, Jennifer Bartholomew (Joe) of Hendersonville and Tim Boone (Mindy) of Mills River; her brothers, Paul Rose of Morganton and David Rose of Spruce Pine; and her grandchildren, Cooper, Chase Boone, Lauren and Gage Bartholomew. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
