He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Shook and Kate Kennerly Shook; his wife Marie S. Shook; his son Gary W. Shook; and his daughter-in-law Brenda R. Shook.
He is survived by: his children, Steven B. Shook and Brenda S. Arrowood; his grandchildren, Katie S. Robinson (Bryan), Brittany R. Bowens (Tyler) and Matthew S. Arrowood (Elise); and his great grandchildren, Abel Elias Arrowood, Elora Jane Arrowood and Kinsley Marie Robinson.
