She was predeceased by: her parent Denver Brown; her husband William Paul Rice; and her daughter Verina Pauline Rice. She is survived by: her parent Flossie Edwards Brown; her children, Darlene Rice Hamlin, Jim Rice (Lydia) and David Rice (Linda); her grandchildren, Mitzi Imig and James Miguel Rice; her great grandchildren, Tre Horton and Alex Hensley; and her siblings, June York, Bill Brown and Bob Brown.
