He was predeceased by: his father Clyde Harper. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Bryson Harper; his children, Kevin Harper (Tracy) and Deanna Harper Sims (Kent); his stepchildren, Thomas G. Pinkerton, Jr. (Kim) and Lisa A. Peluso; his siblings, Bob Harper and Vickie Vila; his grandchildren, Cole Harper (Sara), Lennox Pinkerton, Griffin Harper, Lucy Sims and Sabrea Pinkerton; and his great grandchildren, Jude Harper and Sandy Mae Harper.
