She was predeceased by: her parents, Sanford McGalliard and Oberia Myers McGalliard; and her sister Dorothy. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Sutton (Charles), Karen McCrain (Greg) and Darlene Brown; and her siblings, Doris, Kathy, Margie, Sterlon and Arvil. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Groce Funeral Home (72 Long Shoals Rd, Arden, NC 28704).
