She was predeceased by: her father Charles H. Howard; her husband Richard Smith Henshaw; and her son Richard Howard "Rick" Henshaw. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa M. Henshaw and Cathleen Baldwin; her grandchildren, Rebecca, Emma, Jackson and Jessica; and her great grandchildren, Sebastian and Desi.
