He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Duncan; his parents, William Duncan and Zettie Duncan of Burnsville, NC; and his brother John Duncan of Brevard, NC.. He is survived by: his children, Vikki Duncan Bailey (Mike), Gaye Duncan Walker (Bob), Ray Elden Duncan (Karen) and Veneshia Duncan Ridout (Glen); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Timothy Bailey (Claire), Graham Duncan (Vanessa), Duncan Walker, Jennings, Lucy, Charlie and Willow Ridout; his great grandchildren, Ella Bailey, Oliver and Beatrix Bailey; and his sister LoDella Ballew of Burnsville, NC.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
