She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Satterfield and Lena Satterfield; her husband Robert Morgan Stanley; her siblings, Eileen Weber, Edith Morgan (Frank) and Earl Satterfield (Alma); and her sisters-in-law, Eleanor Falkenstein (Leo) and Ruth Yeager (William).
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Matthews (Les) of Mills River, NC, Myra Brinson (Jerry) of Morehead City, NC, Randall Stanley (Deborah) of Stockton, MD and Gwenn Valentine (Michael) of Sterling, VA.; and her grandchildren, Joshua Matthews (Jennifer), Adam Matthews (Erin), Kelly Wilson (Kortney), Ethan Stanley (Megan Muir), Logan Stanley, Peyton Valentine and Ashlynn Valentine. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, several dearly loved nieces and nephews, and many good friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Benton's Ferry United Methodist Church, 1114 Katherine Street, Fairmont, WV 26554.
