He is survived by: his mother Geneva Franks O'Shields; his children, Bryan O'Shields (Nicole), Melanie O'Shields, Hillary O'Shields (Brandon) and Katrina O. Sweet (Francis); his grandchildren, Sarah O'Shields, Alexis, Kolby Letterman, Noah Crow and Jackson Sweet; his siblings, Wayne O'Shields and Pam O. Weyerman (Richard); and his nephews, Jeremy Weyerman, Justin Weyerman and Zack Sweet.
