She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cable and Bessie Laws Cable; her husband Leon Baker; her son Ron Baker; her sisters, Lear Baker, Gertie Elkins and Elmyra "Dee" Blankenship; and her sons-in-law, Walter Dockins and Larry Conard.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Dockins, Brenda Conard, Larry Baker (Ruby) and Jim Baker; and her daughter-in-law Barbara Baker. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty three great-grandchildren; eight great great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Flowers are appreciated, but for those who choose, a memorial donation may be made in Dimple's name to Boiling Springs Baptist Church, 1291 Fanning Bridge Road, Fletcher, NC 28732.
