He was predeceased by: his father Carroll Hezekiah Wells. He is survived by: his mother Betty June Helms Lillie; his stepdaughter Stephanie Ward (Scott); and his siblings, Gail Rogers, Billie Bouthot (Claude), Vickie Heflin, Dennis Wells and Jerry Wells (Amporn).
