He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia Morris (Ruble); his parents, Charles Weymon Morris, Sr. and Eva Morris (Watts); and his sisters, Dorris Davis and Mary Rose Morris.
He is survived by: his sons, Jerome W. Morris (Diane) of Black Mountain and Charles H. Morris of Arden; his grandsons, Michael (Emily), Stephen and Joseph; his great grandchild Levi; and his brothers, Frank Morris (Rennie) of Columbia, SC, James Morris (Mary) of Lexington, SC, Burness Morris (Cheryl) of Jacksonville, FL and Glenn Morris (Sam) of Georgetown, SC..
