He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William Hart and Sylvia Ellen Harju Hart. He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Elaine" Hart; his daughters, Traci Kinney (John) and Christie Hawk (Justin); his granddaughters, Lillian Cowan-Kinney, Olivia Hawk, Madelyn Hawk and Georgia Kinney; and his sisters, Carolyn Clampett (Bill) and Cathy Norton (Larry).
A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Groce Funeral Home (72 Long Shoals Rd, Arden, NC 28704).
