He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Elingburg and Mary Ann Gregory Elingburg; his siblings, Anne Morgan, Shannon Capps and Carroll Elingburg; his wife Mary Ruth Stepp Elingburg; his daughter Lisa Seaborn (Brian) of Easley, SC; his grandchildren, Christopher and Jenna (Evan); his great grandchildren, Lilly Kate and Adeleigh; and his siblings, Shelia, Ray, Earl, Tommy and Rick (Jan).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fletcher First Baptist Church or to Skyland United Methodist Church.
