He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gentry and Beatrice Gentry; and his brothers, Leroy and Lonnie Gentry. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his son Duane Gentry; his daughter-in-law Kristin Giezentanner Gentry; his daughter Donna Henderson; his son-in-law Tommy Henderson; his grandchildren, Nicholas Gentry, Chloe Gentry and Taylor Henderson (Kristi); and his siblings, John Gentry, Jean Gentry and Jo Ann Jones.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Four Seasons Hospice who lovingly cared for Charlie during his final days.
