Arthur (Arden, North Carolina), born in Asheville, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 72, on April 26, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Nathen Arthur, Jr. and Millicent Arthur (Bird); and his son Vincent "Scott" Arthur. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Ann Arthur (Rhodes) of Arden; his son Cecil "Eric" Arthur; his daughter-in-law Linda Arthur of Arden; and his siblings, Nathan Arthur, Jr., Charles Arthur and Janice Lancaster. He is also survived by three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
