She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edith White Miller and Furman Miller; her husband Bobby Parks Welborn; her siblings, Frank Ewalt Miller and Francis White Neely; her children, Brenda Welborn Bearden, Robert Keith Welborn and Rodney Brian Welborn; her grandchildren, Clarissa Dawn Frangulescu, Amanda Deann Teague, Brian Page Welborn, Matthew Aaron Welborn and Harley Dale Welborn; and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Michelle Leisey, Ashton Rivers Leisey and Crayton Parks Welborn.
