She was predeceased by: her father Herbert Frank; her husband Gary Mennenga; the father of her children Blake Phillips; and her brother Ralph Frank. She is survived by: her children, Rodney Phillips (Dorothy) of Mesa, AZ, Renee Phillips of Port Richey, FL and Rhonda Ammons (Bobby) of Black Mountain; and her grandchildren, Ian Ammons (April), Elijah Ammons, Kelly Scanlan and Joshua Pruitt.
