It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Kay Woodbury (Arden, North Carolina), born in Crewe, Virginia, who passed away on January 13, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Eugene Gasperson and Juanita Thompson Gasperson; her sons, Rodney Eugene Carson and James Bryant "Jimmie" Carson; and her brother Billy Gasperson.
She is survived by: her husband Julian Woodbury; her sons, Christian Taliaferro Woodbury and Kenneth Alan Gatins; and her brothers, Randall Gasperson (Janice) of Leicester and Roger Gasperson of Orlando. She is also survived by her four grandchildren, and the entire extended family.
