Betty Cawthorn Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Cawthorn (Arden, North Carolina), who passed away on March 20, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Gaddy and Rosetta Hensley Gaddy; and her daughter Rosemary Strickland. She is survived by: her husband Eugene "Gene" Cawthorn; her children, Ricky Cawthorn, Rhonda Cawthorn and Roger Cawthorn (Priscilla); her siblings, Larry Gaddy, Dorothy Jean Gosnell and Peggy Smith; and her grandchildren, Matthew Howard, Kelli Howard, Joey Gatti, April Dawn Crowder, Brandon Cawthorn, Megan Brooks, Abigail Cawthorn, Zachary Storm Cawthorn and David Madison Cawthorn. She is also survived by four great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
