She was predeceased by: her parents, Jefferson Clifton and Vessie Viola Norman (Brooks); her husband Leonard Clinton Moody; and her siblings, Jeanne Hensley, J. C. Norman (Connie), Loree Poteat and Elaine Kask (Larry).
She is survived by: her children, Donna Arthur (Charlie), Len Moody (Susan) and Linda Cushman (Jack); her grandchildren, Aaron Arthur (Michelle), Jeremy Arthur (Joy), Chelsie Nielsen (Bryan), Jordan Cushman (Kara) and Rachel Moody; and her great grandchildren, Joanna Arthur, Jesse Arthur, Millie Arthur, Evelyn Nielsen, Linnaea Nielsen and Joelle Cushman.
Due the current pandemic restrictions and concerns, a private graveside service will be held for the family.
The family requests donations in lieu of flowers can be sent to Arden First Baptist Church, 3839 Sweeten Creek Rd., Arden, NC 28704.
