It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernie Ramsey (Arden, North Carolina), who passed away on September 19, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Carmon Ramsey; his brother Bruce Ramsey (Earlene); his nephew Bruce "Buzz" Ramsey; and his nieces, Deborah (Deb), Marcia and Sue.
He is survived by: his parent Addie Hensley Ramsey; his significant other Gladys Wilson; his children, Clark Edwards (Cathy) of Mars Hill, Dwight Edwards and Vickie Edwards of Burnsville; his grandchildren, Tyler Edwards of Mars Hill and Tristan Edwards of Mars Hill; his brother Bryan Ramsey (Joyce) of Deland; and his nieces and nephews, David Ramsey (Lorna) of Hendersonville, Mike Ramsey of Arden, Karen McNell of Deland, Sharon Kast (Thomas) of Fletcher, Shelly Connor (Greg) of Fletcher and Cathy Creasman of Hendersonville.
