He was predeceased by: his wife Diana Hartman (Schwartz); and his parents, Francis Mark and Pearl Isabelle Hartman (Wilson). He is survived by: his sons, Troy Hartman (Adi) of Madisonville, TN, Chad Hartman (Deanna) of Arden and Wade Hartman (Jennifer) of Arden; his sister Marcia Schleuter of New York; and his grandchildren, Mandie, Tiffany, Tyler, Trenton, Kayli and Olivia.
