She is survived by: her parents, John Michael Kobar and Mechelle Henderson Kobar; her caregivers, Cheryl Ferguson, Blair Wirkkala, Ananda Sykes and Abigail Godfrey; her grandparents, Joe and Susan Allman; her uncle Ron; her aunts, Julie Westman and Tina Henderson; and her cousins, Brittany, Brooke and John Michael Campen.
