He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Harold Guyer and Maidie Shipwash Guyer; his granddaughter Hannah; his sister Carolyn Stout; his nephew Douglas; and his niece Mary Jane.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Myers "Sandy" Guyer; his children, Timmy Guyer, Cyndie Guyer, Teri Guyer and Leslie Guyer; his grandchildren, Alexis, Auston, Heaven, Cory, Chelsea, Cody, Daniel, Breanna, Matthew and Jordan; and his sister Nancy Guyer Riley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
