Southern of Archdale, North Carolina, born in Walkertown, North Carolina, who passed away on July 19, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Odell Southern and Ruby Crews Southern Lamb. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Bradshaw Southern; his children, Lynn Woods (Roy) of Randleman and Randy Southern of Raleigh; and his grandchildren, Thomas Franklin (Cindy) of Aiken, Jason Franklin (Brandi) of Randleman and Nicole Hardee of Randleman. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
