He was predeceased by: his parents, Loranzie Bazen and Doris Simmons Bazen of Trinity; and his brothers, Leonard Bazen and Chris Bazen. He is survived by: his sons, Cameron Bazen of Archdale and Trevor Bazen (Natalie Jarrett) of Thomasville; his close friend Christy Hedrick of Archdale; his sister Teresa Wilson (Jeff) of Thomasville; his sister-in-law Amy Lax of Archdale; his nieces and nephews, Chad Bazen (Amber), Lindsey Bazen Buchser (John), Shawn Bazen, Ashley Serrano (Josh), Jessica Bolton (Trevor), Jacob Briles (Caroline) and Misty Robertson (Josh); and also, Kaitlyn Melville and Ryan Hedrick.
