She is survived by: her husband Tony Leonard; her children, Amy Lomax (Chad), Regina Amick (Christopher), Kim Stegall (Tim) and Tony Leonard, Jr. (Patti); her siblings, Kenny Flowers (Carolyn), Toni Grogan (Mark), Gina Clodfelter (Dennis) and Lesa Leonard (Bill); her grandchildren, Bethany (Brooklynn Lomax), Allison (Emma Amick), Kayla (Krista Leonard), Annie Casto, Brenda Amezquita and Sammi Wolf; her stepmother Ruby Flowers; and her stepbrothers, Tony, Timmy and Randy Puckett.
