He is survived by: his wife Patricia White Carlisle; his children, Carson Benson (Catherine) of New York, James Glover of Florida and Dawn Bruff (Miles Joseph Bruff) of Thomasville; his brother Gary Carlisle (Mary Louise) of California; his grandchildren, Terry Jameson Hicks, Tharon Lee Hicks, Christopher Gage Reep and Aynsley Grace Bruff; and his great grandchildren, Theodore Lee Hicks, Alysse Michelle Weikert-Hicks and Asher Miles Siu-Reep.
