She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Fanton. She is survived by: her mother Cynthia Madison Fanton of Florida; her husband Thomas "Brian" Collins; her children, Johnathan Lee Tritt of Kernersville and Jennifer Bentham (Jeremy) of Kernersville; and her siblings, Kenneth Fanton of Florida and Kathy VanEtten (David) of New York. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
