She was predeceased by: her parents, Newsom Ray Owens and Norma Clarice Brown Owens; her husband Clell Smith; and her sister Helen Hawks. She is survived by: her sons, Blaine Smith (Andrea) of Salisbury, Jeffrey Smith (Tammy) of Archdale and Shawn Smith of Archdale; her brother Tom Owens of Colfax; and her grandchildren, Riley, Owen, Olivia, Harrison, Graham Smith and Grandy.
