She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Shaw and Eulah Heltzel Shaw; her husband Wilford Monroe Boylen; and her sister Louise Smith. She is survived by: her children, Joyce Ward, Jean Hebert (Greg), Jackie Allred (Rick), Max Boylen (Lisa), Julie Hunt (Terry) and Mark Boylen (Arlee); her grandchildren, Bryan Hebert (Ashley), Cheryl Cutlip (Ron), Christopher Hunt (Courtney), Dax Allred, Brett Boylen and Brittany Beaver (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Brooke Hebert, Macy Hebert, Ava Cutlip, Evan Cutlip, Emma Beaver and Riley Rose Hunt.
The family would like to thank Hospice of the Piedmont for their care of Maxine and asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Piedmont, 1801 Westchester Drive, High Point, NC 27262.
