He is survived by: his wife Cindy Peele Shepherd; his son Mike Shepherd; his stepdaughters, Aresa Erb (Eric) and Kimberly Nelson (David); his grandchildren, Abigail, Nathanael, Hannah and Gabby; his brother Roy Shepherd (Vickie); his niece Cathy Stanley (Bobby); and his nephew Lee Shepherd.
