He was predeceased by: his parents, Welborn B. Teague and Sula Tussey Teague; and his siblings, Betty Reagan and Richard Teague. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Newton Teague; his children, Ashley Miller (Mitch) and Brad Teague (Laura); his grandchildren, Brooke Welch (Easton), Cari Colon (Josiel), Ty Miller (Frannie Jones), Matt Miller (Rachel Bowman) and Jordan Teague; and his great grandchildren, Levi Anthony Colon, Noah Kate Welch and Winston Bradley Colon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cumby Family Funeral Service - Archdale (206 Trindale Rd, Archdale, NC 27263). A memorial service was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
