He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Hudspeth and Helen Samuels Hudspeth. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Cranford Hudspeth; his stepson Matthew Chavis of Atlanta; and his siblings, Robert Hudspeth (Diana) of Kernersville, Leonard Milton Hudspeth, Jr. of Randleman and Diane Hall of Asheboro.
