He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, James, Mary Vanhoy, Major Lee and Lillie Holmes; his grandfathers, Elbert "Sam" Hopkins and Tony Watts; his uncle Steven Hopkins; and his stepgrandmother Nancy Williams.
He is survived by: his parents, Tina Marie Williams and Jeffrey Watts, Sr.; his father-in-law Larry; his daughters, Emmalee Watts and Melanie Watts; his brothers, Jordan Watts, Jeremiah Watts and Brent Watts; his stepsiblings, Amanda Williams and Mathew Williams; his brother Dennis Hopkins; his grandmothers, Lucille Hopkins and Sybil Watts; his stepgrandfather Gene Williams; his aunt Melissa Stewart; and his uncles, Steven Lee and Mark Watts.
