He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Clifton Reid Sr. and Annie Lou Roberts (Polly); and his brother Carl Clifton Reid Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, April Reid Pritchett (Terrance), Jamie Reid Cox (Isaac) and Hannah Elizabeth Rachel Reid; his grandchildren, Isaac Michael Cox II, Micah Danielle Cox, Ra'Leah Abrille Reid, Cameron Terrell Pritchett and Lundon Carmichael Pritchett; his great grandchild Aria Skye Iola Pritchett; and his siblings, Teddy Ray Reid, Stacy Joe Reid, Linda Kay Newsome and Tammy Reid Ferguson. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and other family members.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cumby Family Funeral Service - Archdale (206 Trindale Rd, Archdale, NC 27263). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
