She is survived by: her husband Darren Leigh Helmstetler; her sons, Tyler Leigh Helmstetler (Jessica) of Archdale and Dakota James Helmstetler of Archdale; her sisters, Pam Rushmore, Patty Forrest, Kathee Hagler and Deborah Dillow; and her grandchildren, Harleigh Brook Helmstetler and Cooper James Helmstetler.
