He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Jackson and Daisy Lou Wagoner Hazelwood. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Jarrett Hazelwood; his daughter Donna Craven (Tommy) of Thomasville; his grandsons, Mike Craven of Trinity and Nicholas Craven of Thomasville; his great grandchild Joseph Craven; and his sisters, Ruby Myers of High Point and Shirley Jones of High Point.
