She is survived by: her husband Elmer Corron; and her children, Duane (Mary Beth), Tom (Birgit), Susan Corron Roberto (Nick), Shirley Corron Hannah (Danny) and Sandy Corron Davis (late Barry). She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Gizelle's name to Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27292.
