He is survived by: his wife Raynita Conklin Kivett; his sons, Chris Kivett, Kelly Kivett and Chad Kivett (Laura); his siblings, Paul Wesley Kivett and Mary Stanley; his grandchildren, Ryan Kivett (Kayleigh) and Nick Kivett; his great grandchild Owen Wesley Kivett; and his brother-in-law Jeff Dunn.
